Just another intro...

Hello.

I came across this site and found it very informative.

I am currently working on a 1974 Honda cb750 K4. I purchased it cheap and thought I would build a racer. I have always liked the looks of the old triumphs and nortons.

I started this project about two weeks ago. The bike turned over and after fifteen minutes it ran. Currently tearing it apart, fixing the hacked wiring, and cleaning...and cleaning and cleaning.

My goal is a simple and clean lines. Clean up wiring, update a little, and enjoy.

I am glad there are places like this and others for information and ideas.

Welcome to the site John. Where exactly are you from?

Picked a good bike to work on- plenty of parts available and a lot of people own them as well. Got any pics of it?
