I'm a really inexperienced with my lathe so every success is a big win for me. Thought I would take the opportunity to show off my tachometer plug that I just made up for my 75 CB360 on my 1939 Craftsman 110.

Sorry for the threadjack but what do these plugs help to do?

Block the port that the tach goes into for when you remove the tach and don't want to bathe in oil.
