Does anyone know which is the exact dimensions of kickstarter oil seal for KZ 650 clutch cover??

Why not just pick up a clutch cover from a 650?

I have couple of clutch cover from a 750 and machining isn't a problem. Oil seal for KZ 650 clutch cover is 20x28x5(mm) but I'll put 20x26x3(mm) (with spring, of course) So it will stay more aluminum around the hole for kick starter shaft, who will have this cover in your hand you'll see why :D

wow .. the quality of this build is fantastic.. also i appear to have had a "crisis" in the trouser department..

i was following this thread for awhile, and was disappionted when the updates stopped. I'm glad to be following this one again!

holy dog poo! that is insanely great work, The calipers, are they chromed? or are you the best polisher ever? Is that a copper ring or reflection of something near it? Wow this bike will be amazing when you complete it.

calipers are just polished and so will stay, the latest finish is unipol polishing paste and soft cloth with really, really slow rotation on drill machine ;)..''copper'' is reflection from red surface :)

this is part of my polish equipment :)

Can't wait to see this beast all together! It's gonna be so bright people are gonna turn their heads away ;D

Motor looks decent inside.

Some normal wear, no obvious surprises yet.

I am super curious what all you will do to the cases, oh polishing master!
