Keihin 722a's

Pulled the keihin carbs apart off my new project (73 cb350) and they are a total mess inside. I've rebuilt a ton of mikuni's, but this is my first time messing with keihin's. Have a few questions

1. Can't find the name of this, but someone destroyed it at some point. I need to order a new one, but can't seem to find it (also not sure what it's called, and can't seem to find a good exploded diagram of the 722's)

2. Mufflers were toast so I cut them off, and I will probably run baffles at the end of the pipes. Also going to run stacks. What size primary and secondary jets do I need? I'm guessing this has been discussed, but I can't find it.

Currently running:
Primary : 68
Secondary : 105

Thanks guys.

Very strange. I see that part on the parts fiche but it doesn't have a number and they don't reference it in anyway.

Yeah, I've looked everywhere and can't find any info on it. I'm assuming it's an air jet.

Parts seem impossible to find for these. I pulled them out of the sonic cleaner and they look brand new, but are still incomplete.

Any suggestions on a mikuni alternative? I am extremely familiar with them, just not sure what size I would need. 34mm?

Thanks

Actually, it looks like it is a main jet holder. I'm going to see if I can source a replacement, and maybe attempt to repair it with solder.

It's the primary main jet or pilot jet discharge nozzle (or pipe/tube?, I forget)
PM'd you about Mikuni

Thanks for the info pj!

My buddy ran them through his sonic cleaner today. I'm going to put them back together and see if they will work, then go from there.

It's primary main jet discharge tube.
It should work as is the primary main holds it in position
Should be possible to make one if you really need to
The cross holes are the only difficult part (about 0.012"~0.016"diameter)
I still haven't fixed my mini mill or I could do a pair pretty easy (been down about 3yrs ;D )
