Saw a Kawasaki EX500 kickstand on eBay for less than $10.00, comes with mounting plate
Most modern sportbikes have a steel mounting bracket bolted on to alloy frame so a cheap stand shouldn't be a problem.

kickstand will be a totally custom design... aka some welded steel. as twistedwheels said- there is a tab just large enough to put it down.

No centerstand on my ride either... thats some serious weight thats easy to lose!
