My wife got this jacket years ago when she was living in Germany
It is a Dutch officers winter jacket from the 30's to 40's, double breasted, longer than 3/4 length, the lower section around the legs can be buttoned to create pant legs for more protection or riding. This is a very heavy jacket, across the shoulders it measures 18", chest is 38", and length is 50". This would be an awesome riding jacket
