Just won this vintage Yamaha jacket off eBay...fits pretty good, it's a little big so im still deciding if I'm going to keep it or not.

Everyone used to be smaller than they are now. Many of the old jackets from the 50's are in the 36-40 sizes. There weren't many bigger sizes made back when.....

Well, I really don't have a leather.... but here's my jacket.
I looked around forever for something that would actually fit me, and I like the style too.
I wouldn't say I'm fat, just kinda stocky i guess. XXL

I had been looking at their site and I couldn't seem to find that specific jacket. I went there this morning through your link and they said that they only had one left. Fortunately it was a large, so I ordered it. I have a nice vintage jacket, a nice Frank Thomas touring jacket and a thin, mesh, summer, armored jacket, but I have been wanting a vintage style leather jacket with armor in it. I think this one will fit the bill.

What is strange, is to read the reviews on theri site. Everyone agrees that those are great quality jackets at a great price, but hardly anyone agrees about the sizing. Some people say to order one size larger than you normally do, and other say don't. I like my motorcycle jackets to fit snug, so I ordered my normal size.

I ordered the size that I needed according to the chart and it fits greats. Its snug enough to wear with just a shirt but big enough to wear a sweat shirt if need to be. U will be very surprised at how heavy the jacket is too. especially for the money. It's almost to good to be true lol. Padding is very nice to. Let me know how u like it when u get it.

Okay so I am stoked on finally getting my first real jacket. I don't even have it yet in my hands but want to share it. Its a TT leathers that I won off of ebay.co.uk thanks to a little tip about searching there from loco leon.


I am praying it fits well.

180.00 after 45gbp shipping from across the pond. I was really wanting to hold out for a nice American union made Schott but nothing in my size/style has been coming across the fleabay lately, they are way out of my price range new, and its starting to get cold her in the north east. Ive heard good things about these old tt's hope theyre true!
