LF: cb550F Brake Actuator "Rear-set" piece

Hey guys,

Would anyone happen to have an old "brake actuator" piece from a busted Rear set, (Raask or Tarozzi) laying around.
Its the piece that replaces the brake pedal, that turns, the shaft that pulls the brake..

I need just that one for my cb550F.

I suppose I could cut and modify and reposition the stump my brake pedal, but I's rather not

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!..

I've yet to ever find one of these for sale, except from Omars who will sell one for $60. And they're not particularly pretty - I have one that came as a part of my Omars XS650 rearset kit (and yes I'm using it).

I think the best option is to take a brake pedal to a welder. Have the pedal cut off right down at the bottom and then have a plate welded on in its place. Then paint, powdercoat or chrome.

Otherwise just cut off the end of a brake pedal, drill a hole in the end, spraybomb it and you're done. You could shape the stem of the pedal on a grinding wheel to make it look decent. This is of course the free option assuming you have a brake pedal you're willing to sacrifice.

Yep, this is my plan B if I dont get something in a few weeks..Spare??.. Hell no.. I'll just chop the one on the bike now!!.. and go to your place to have you drill a hole in it for me with your drillpress!! ;D
