Linkage rods?

So I have the rearset from a Katana that I am using on my CB200 cafe. Problem is, I need a 11 inch linkage rod. Harley's make those rods and there are a bunch reasonably priced on ebay, but my question is would they thread in to the katana linkage or will I run into standard/metric differences? Anyone ever successfully used Harley linkage rods on Japanese rearsets?

You'll probably need metric. 99% of the ones I've seen use 6mm with a .75 thread pitch. Many often use a left hand thread on one side as well.
