looking for engine rebuilder nothern Illinois (cb175)

hello all
I am starting a cb175 project and cant decide if I will have the time to get into a full engine rebuild or not so I am exploring my options
i have a running cb175 engine with 3500 mi that the p.o. stated just had its rings changed. it smokes from the left cyl.
it did go up to about 62mph in 4th.
prob could get away with just a top end but if Im gonna get into it im thinking might as well go all the way and get it right and looking pretty also.
if anyone here knows anyone in the northwest illinois area, or if there is someone here that does engine work please let me know

I'm pretty far north Near Yorkville IL I would gladly rebuild the top end for you over this winter, I've done several honda twin engines. I Could easily do the top end for a reasonable rate, but more than that will cost a decent amount of change.
