Looking to split garage - Bloor/ Landsdowne

I recently rented a detached garage near Bloor and landsdowne and am looking for someone to split it with. It's a 1.5 car, plenty of space for two bikes and tools etc. It has some existing shelves, a very small bench and a storage loft above. There is very little power and no direct access to the panel, so this is NOT a workshop in that sense. Basic power tools and hand tools only.

I am tinkering (very slowly) with a 73 cb750 - and from time to time use the garage to work on my car, but nothing major. Mainly half of it sits empty and it would be cool to have someone to split costs and be able to bang ideas off of randomly.

Looking for someone respectful, gainfully employed (read:able to pay ON TIME), trustworthy, and clean. This is not the kind of place to be dumping oil on the ground and haphazardly cleaning it up - my landlord is very particular. Ideally you're doing the same as me - building a bike or two, and are just looking for somewhere to do it.

Also, this is NOT to end up being a social spot - I'm pretty nervous about having my shit accessible by others already, I really don't want to have to worry about friends of friends of friends, etc.

Oh and also, there's a fairly large dog there whenever, just so that's out there!

Feel free to PM me or just post down and we'll get in touch.

Thanks!

Being in the Toronto area myself, this peaked my interest but I need to focus on slimming down my collection of parts/bikes/projects, not further enable myself to keep getting more!

Is the space heated? Washroom facilities (i.e. friendly coffee shop) nearby?

Currently no heat - but after my last day there I decided to buy a propane heater, so currently looking for one of those.

No washrooms on site - there is a park close with washrooms may-sept, and Bloor/ college are both close with lots of available options. Frankly I've been pissing in a bottle and dumping it down the drain! (which clearly becomes less convenient when more people are involved)
