I recently ordered the mac 4 to 1 exhaust and im having trouble fitting the OEM couplings onto the new pipes, anybody have information on that?

Get so good aftermarket ones and be happy. Dime City sells some nice SS ones on a variety of sizes.

The coupling should slide over
And it's not fitting so well inbetween the frame of the bike

Have you tried sliding them on from the other side of the header? If they're like my 2-into-1, the headers are separate with the wye at the baffle end. They are tight tight tight. You also have to rotate the headers in their seat and get all four just right for it to fit. I love and hate the Macs all in one breath.

if it is a 4 into one the clamps have to go on at the engine end. you may have the incorrect set…….or possibly the clamps are incorrect? i would imagine if they are close you could open them up . do the headers fit on the engine ok? do the two piece collars fit ok on the pipes? if it does not fit the way you want on the engine return them! if you can't return them and it contacts the drain you may have to ding the pipe for clearance if you can't adjust the exhaust with the hanger bracket. i have installed several sets on different honda's and they usually fit ok.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have to ask - Doesn't MAC have any customer service? If so, I'd call tell them about the problem and ask what email ID you can send pics to them if need be.. I'd make them work for me.
