They are available through Vanem of Australia... they go for $149 AUD... the ones with the angle are apparently out of stock. They are popular in Aus. and Japan... a lot of the SR guys run them.

Those are nice, but $150 AUD is a bit pricey ($100 USD). I'd pay 1/2 that much personally for a set.
