Making Hydraulic Brake Lines

I see that some people are buying parts and making up their own brake lines. Is it possible to buy the parts to make brake lines for modern Japanese (metric) brake systems. Same question for brembo brake also.

there are some lines that clamp together like AN plumbing, so you don't need any special tools to make the lines, they're usually not DOT approved though, and will cost more than having someone with the crimping equipment will charge

slingshot cycles makes custom lines for WAY less than anything on ebay. Look him up and give him a shout. he will make whatever length you want.

While this whole DIY everything stuff is all well and good. Fact is some times you are much better off to leave some jobs to people that have the tools and know what they are doing

Another vote for Slingshot. My CB360 Brake lines were made by them. Good prices, fast service, HIGH quality stuff.

I bought my CB360 in 1978 (it's a 1976). The brakes weren't this good new.

The SS lines really improve feel and lever stroke...
