molesting jap cruisers

I started my first build about 1 month ago after watching cafe racer tv . I had this kz440 ltd sitting around tha i didnt know what to do with a sawsall and grinder answered that question . I molded and cast the seat hump/pan stuffed the battery up under there and cut about 100 pounds of crap off the bike its been a fun experience of denial and error . this has already become a fun hobby that borders on obsesion (i lied it already is ) anyway lots of cool bikes here lots of ideas for my next build ltr

heres the paint i did yesterday but i dont think i like it i think im gonna go back to matte blak or maybe this black chrome stuff i saw on grz and yes thats snow i soooooooooo hate winter!!!!!

I like the seat idea. I have a KZ11oo whith a similar frame. I plan on cutting off top of the rear frame and welding in straight pieces of pipe to get rid of the dip. We need some better pics.

I had thought about doing the same thing , but I dont think I could pull it off without longer shocks because I olny have about 3 inches tire clearance if that . I would like to see what it looks like though . I cast the back half of the tank to make the hump, I had tried a smaller one first but couldnt get the battery to work .
