Motorcycle Jeans

I have a pair of the Maple Motorcycle jeans. I bought a size 32 but they are a little to big and i have gotten smaller. If you were between a 32 and a 34 they would fit great. I have only wore them twice. They still look like new. I would take $400 shipped in the U.S. or maybe trade for a 2-stroke street bike or a super bike with a rear mono shock that needs some work. Thanks for looking

Umm, $400 for a single pair of jeans? Maybe I've been out of the loop, but don't high end Dianese track uber-awesome kevlar/leather/armor/padded pants only go for like $350? I mean, I know they're made in the UK and all, and Kevlar awesomeness, but still, seems like a hell of a mark-up for a pair of jeans.

Must be one hell of a pair of used jeans. i mean the they make pants every day they havent made 2 stroke street bikes in almost thirty years.

These are Maple motorcycle jeans, which are premium raw selvage denim jean which are Dupont Kevlar lined and come with removable CE armor. They're the product of a small startup run by a good guy David in the UK.

David will have a Maple Motorcycle Jeans setup at the Ace Corner at Barber so people can have a closer look.

dainese's best kevlar lined jeans are only 250.... lol... but im sure the maples have cool features...

I signed up to receive his emails and Maple Jeans are pretty cool. However they are way too expensive. I understand that he is making very little profit but I could buy Belstaff or Dianese jeans for half the price and they are equally as good.

Economies of Scale

Yeah I understand however if you have to price your product at such a price that no one will buy your product then you'll never achieve the volume to make a profit at a lower price.

If the jeans were 50 bucks more than a pair of belstafs or equivalent I'd probably buy a pair but they are 150 bucks more.

i've wanted a pair of those ever since subscribing to his emails, but there's no chance i would ever drop the money for them. for 405 american dollars per pair brand new, i'll take other brands with their seams across the legs. i know fashion has it's prices, but being fashionable isn't worth the couple extra hundred to me.

oh c'mon now! cafe racer is a quality production! it's host is a renowned icon in the cafe scene, and the show itself boasts a wealth of quality build material!
