functionally its fine, Ive got a visor on the way and theres a little speedo on there now (still looking for a matching tach on the cheap).

Im thinking maybe I should get a deeper bucket or maybe its the ears? just clean up the wiring?

whats your front end looking like?

The brake hose and clutch cable are too long now that you've switched to a clubman. Shorten them and you'll have a tidier look. Also maybe try lowering the headlight.

very nice bike. i think it needs the (bulkier) stock gauges back on, maybe try mounting them lo, medium and high to see what they look like. maybe drop the headlite a bit too. but it's just fine tuning at this stage.....you've got a great looking bike 8)

I call on the cables... and raise you a deeper bucket... that's what jumps out at me... a bit more black metal on the front to balance the tank & tail.

Personaly I love the buckets with the speedo inset into the back (more of a nacelle at that point).

I think its fine.. Id just lower the headlight on the forks... It will make the bike look lower..

Here's a pic of the front-end of my CB450 project--->

I tried to keep it as clean/simple/light looking as possibile, to go with the rest of the bike's overall look-->

so then its agreed, definetly getting a better bucket, see what I can do about those cables and ill lower the ears as well (tell the truth, those things dont fit all that well anyway, might just scrap em and get something else)

those pictures are old ones from the previous owner, ive got a mini speedo on there now so its a bit beefier.

when I get some parts in ill do a photo update.

thanks for the help guys!

Another idea would be just to flip the headlight mounts around, (upside down) so that they point downwards instead of upwards, if they conflict/hit with the lower tripple clamps as you lower them as they are....

I've said it a million times but I have to say it again.. ProTeal's bike is INSANE!!!!!
