I weave rings whenever i find the time and inspiration, i do all kinds of work with silver, bronze, copper etc etc.
It's actually quite relaxing

Thats pretty cool. I actually met a guy when I was in the military that did this and he made a full on jacket out of rings. It was bad ass but damn heavy.

There's alot of howto guides for all kinds of weaves, the best imo is http://cgmaille.com/tutorials.shtml
I've learned alot from those tutorials all it takes is a little (read alot) patience.. a set of good pliers and you're set to go

I've tried stainless, it all depends on what gauge (thickness) the rings are made of because stainless is hard :/
