Need CB125S Camshaft

Mine is pitted a bit where the camshaft oil seal rides and needs to be replaced. The faster the better as my motor is apart at the moment.

95% sure that its from a single piece head
standard used cam.

Not positive what year it is because it's titled as a 71 but has a disk brake, but that should work. I Is the shaft clean where the points oil seal rides?

Also, any idea about the mileage on it?
