New gal with a new bike...in Maine

Hi guys I'm new here, and new to owning bikes. I just picked up a '78 Yamaha XS400 with the help of my bf, and we are going to work over the next few months on turning her into a cafe racer. We get to start tearing her apart next weekend, woohooooo! I've helped out with rebuilding and customizing bikes here and there, but this will be my first, so I have a lot to learn and I have that "beginner's enthusiasm"

Just thought I would say hi. Here is a picture of me and "Stella", just as I got her. i can't wait to rip that seat off...
