I am a newbie from Australia. My brother and I just bought a CB250T to build into a cafe racer for my wife. We've both got bikes (ive got an aprillia RSV100R and he's got a gxxr 600) but this is our first foray into the cafe world. So far I am loving it. Apart from the fact that I can't seem to get a cool looking tank to fit the CB250T frame and replace the original one everything is going well. I will post pictures up soon. Its great to see a few boys here building CB400Ts as its giving me plenty of ideas for mine (they are essentially the same).
