I guess I have been lurking in the closet for a couple of weeks now. Been reading a lot of the posts and looking at many of the builds. Right now I am working on the first bike I have ever owned. About 12 years ago I was in one of my buddies out buildings and saw a bike back in the corner. I asked him about it and he said if I wanted it I could have it. It ended up being a 1978 cb750k. I gave it to my dad for fathers day and he got it running. A few years ago after he bought a Suzuki Bandit, Honda Shadow 750, and a Kawasaki venture he gave the cb750 to me and I have been slowly working on it ever since. Sorry about not having pics yet I will post them soon.

Welcome to the site man. That's really cool that you gave your Dad a bike and he ended up giving it back. There's no way I could give my Dad a non-runner and get it back in any other shape!
