oi guys,

don't know if my first post made it on the forum or not, so here goes the second try...

i want to thank you all for having me on here, and look forward to sharing my latest build idea with you. i've been slowly modifying a 79 suzuki GS850 and she's starting to come around. of course, i've got a LONG way to go yet.

hey,

thanks for the compliment. yeah, i am in the process of designing a pair of rearsets from some rigging leftovers from my sailboat(stainless) and going to beef up the suspension after that. then it is clip-ons and and seat mods, as the motor is about as SOLID as i could want. some new pod filters wouldn't hurt, and i am moving the gel batt under the cowl in the rear, to open up some space, after affixing new seat. i was thinking of pulling the single headlight and fabricating a bracket for a smaller double headlamp set up, but still not sure of this. got to raise the rear end by an inch and a half, also. center stand comes off, then after stripping everything thing else i don't need, i will think about a teardown and paint for the frame. i will be keeping you guys posted on the progress this summer.
