Hello from Randakk!

I was scheduled to make the Raleigh Eurobike event this year ....sponsors usually manage to do that! :)

But, an unexpected family commitment came up that could not be avoided. I was pretty bummed because I was going to bring my new CB1123F cafe racer to my display area.

Maybe next year!

Here's the bike:

The transformation was accomplished by J.r. Luksik with help from Ken Sperry, Rosey Lackey, Jr., Jim Sawtell and many others.
The bike captured the 1st Place Sport Bike Class Trophy at the 2015 Detroit Autorama Show.

Per the requests I've been fielding, there are 195+ pix in a build album here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10155197458375276.1073741873.10150135042030276

I am looking forward to my Eurobike T-shirt!

Welcome and Thanks from a 1rst gen GL owner who has used your site to help me keep my old girl running strong and getting me to and from all the great DTT get togethers every summer ;D

It's about time you showed up!

Hope all is well with you and hope to see you sometime soon.
Look forward to seeing the bike in person and we can compare.
Been making some changes to mine recently hope to have it finished next month.

Since you couldn't make Eurobike... maybe the Meltdown Vintage Bike Fest? It's Sat April 25 in Hendersonville NC. If you decide to, camping is available at my place and I cook breakfast and dinner for everyone. Just sayin' :)

Thanks for the invite. Sounds great! I'll see if that's possible.

Indeed. I was impressed both times I saw your bike at Barber. Mine runs better than it looks ...scary fast. As usual, I have way more bike than rider! :)
