Hello!

Have a few buddies that have been in the cafe scene for a while and decided I'd jump on the wagon.

After owning a fair few new bikes I decided it was time for a new project so coming into our summer so that I can enjoy my ride to work along the Broadwater and beach (see pic).

I picked up a '73 CB350F from a old guy named Bob that had about 7 other CB projects in his garage in various states of disassembly.
The bike has just (apparently) had a fresh rebuild and the carbs have been through, starts and runs fine but one of the pipes is getting hotter than the others, but thats another topic.

I plan on turning the bake into a cafe racer with a brat style seat. I've attached a pic of my bike in the state I picked it up along with another CB that I am using for inspiration, which I have just found is also used as the sample pic on DCC for the seat.

I ride jetskis in the 'jet stunt extreme' show at seaworld which only requires me to be there from 11-5 each day so I should have plenty of time to get the bike done, my only issue will be motivation as I get side tracked easily.

Here is a short teaser video of our show.

Welcome mate. Good to see another Aussie.

I think the biggest problem you are going to have with getting the bike looking how you want is the laws we have in Queensland. They are quite strict on most things and I can tell you it is a pain in the arse to try and comply with them and still have a decent looking bike.

Nice workplace as well.

Welcome to DTT ya lucky bastard, that's a pretty cool "job" you got there.

Everything you need to know to get your CB350 running well and modified to your liking is on this site... somewhere..

you're currently the coolest person I know in the cyber world. such a sick job dude. good luck with the build, ill be virtually no help at all after watching your video, ill just be asking jet ski questions all day.
