Newbie wiring CB360

Just started wiring this up. Looks like I may be in over my head. I have the tail light wired as below (2 LED strips acting as brake, running and turn signals) with a 12v flasher relay. When I hook the battery up & turn the key, the rear lights come on. The left hand controls, however, don't function. I'm using the original wiring harness. Any tips on where to look to start debugging this?

Its a mess. Going to solder and wrap everything up once it works properly.

What is "Drugz"? What is "Dual Element"

I can't tell from the diagram or pics exactly what you have done.

The taillight circuit (not brake) is the brown wire.
Brake is Green/Yellow
Left Signal is orange
Right signal is light blue
Ground is green.

so there are 5 connections total.

I can't tell from the diagram what is supposed to go where...I can guess though:

The Brown tailight wire looks like it goes to the "dual Element" Orange wire.
The Green/Yellow Brake Wire should go to the "Dual Element" Red Wire
There seems to be only one turn circuit. Are there 2 "Drugz"
Is there are 2, then the left "drugz" yellow wire is connected to the Orange Harness wire and the right "Drugz" yellow wire goes to the light blue harness wire.

The flasher should be on the old flasher wires. The flasher is on the 12V into the left control switch. Polarity may or may not be important on that.

More pictures of the LED control box(s) would be helpful. More of the instruction manual (written instructions?) would help too....

Another note, you are putting high tech LED signals on, yet keep the 40 year old rectifier?

Edit: I see that drugz is a dual intensity module from Radiantz. Hopefully you have 2 of them...One for left, one for right. Complicates the wiring.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Here's the flasher relay. It only has two outputs, but the bike has 3 wires.

Green, grey and black. Tried all 3 in different combinations, but nothing changed.
Actually, even without the flasher relay plugged in, the lights still function the exact same way.

These things didn't really come with instructions. I've been in communication with the person from radiantz, who drew me that diagram posted in the original post.

Here's a description of the drugz ciruits:
The circuit is another way to have a single intensity work as a dual function light. This circuits allows your light to run at full power and when the turn signal is activated it turns the light off and then flashes back to full power. Giving a high contrast when using the turn signals.

Double checked all of the connections, everything is connected as you said.
All (4) black grounds are connected to the green wire
both red 'dual element' wires are connected to green/yellow wire
There are two drugz circuits, 1 for each side.
1 yellow connected to the light blue
1 yellow connected the orange

Thinking that maybe this has something to do with the flasher relay, since I took that out of the equation and everything still functions the exact same.

I have a multimeter, if that is of any use to check if some of these circuits are getting power. Also, I hooked the center module (high beam, turn and neutral lights) which doesn't seem to be getting power either.

Flashers only have two plugs: hot and ground. If you don't have the ground right, they won't work.

on 2 prong flashers, grey and black are used. No ground used. Grey and black are in series with the turn circuit. There may be polarity, so try both ways.

My bad, I was thinking black is ground on the 360.

3 prong uses the ground
