Hey folks! This site is great! I've been reading up for quite some time & figured I should drop in here and introduce myself. I'm Eric from Naperville, IL. I bought my 1980 cb750k bone-stock last year & have slowly been working on it/changing things. I'm trying to go the cafe route but I'm not sure it'll earn the title "Cafe Racer" just yet. Clubmans &/or clip-ons may be out of the question due to back pain. I had a spinal fusion about 2 years ago. For now, the superbike bars work decently. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Welcome to DTT, Eric. I am on the border of Plainfield/Joliet. I'm pretty new also. I'm a cb350 owner trying to scratch enough together to get my build going. It is good to see new area members.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! I wish I did a better job of documenting my build so I could've started my own "Build thread". If/when you guys ever want to ride, PM me. I'd love to get a cafe cruise going!
