hi everyone,

New member here from south bend, In. I was lurking and liked what I read so I joined.

I have a stocker '71 cb350. I have a '72 cl 350 that I hope to start on this winter. It is a basket case that I want to turn into a cafe.
well that is about it for now. also, I have two other basket cases that I will be trying to pawn off here sooner or later. I am looking forward to reading more stuff and getting involved more, as time goes on.

thanks man,

If you mean what am I going to do with my basket cases. I think I am going to put them on the for trade part of the forum.
I have a few cb550 engines and parts. Also a '63 dream ca77 with lots of parts and title.

the stocker is staying stock. the '72 I have not had made up my mind. probably minor engine carb, exhaust and gearing tweaking but mostly cosmetic. It all depends on how much free time I have.

well until next time. I am out to go take some pics.

Welcome Spankey.

Good bikes the 350s. I got my license on one, and had two at one time.
Wish I'd held onto one. :(

Well for $40+ shipping I have a set of CL350 pipes you can have :)

thanks for the offer. I will keep it in mind. right now though my plan is to sell off a bunch of cb550 parts and save that money to get 350 parts. I just sold my buell. I was going to use some of my buell proceeds to build the cl. fortunately or unfortunately I have my eye on another bike that I might make an offer on using that same money.? besides the one cl needs to be broke down inspected cleaned... b4 I can do anything else or buy anything. I can not wait to get the time to start that build. I will be around this forum so I still might hit you up on the pipes, if you still have them.

Good to see another CL owner on here.

I also have a basket case CL350 in need of some major attention. It's my first experience with bikes: never ridden, never rebuilt. But so far I'm loving it.

Hope to see more of your project soon.
