Noise on engine first start

Hello! I am stuck in my CB400T restoration project. We've started the engine and it makes this weird noise at the beginning and while it gets going. Anyone has any idea of what it could be?

Hi!

is this noise coming from the carbs?i can see you got the stock CV carbs mounted..i got my KZ400 making the same strange noise (which is IMO the carbs running way too rich).
you should bench synch the butterlies and set the mixture screws to 1 1/2 turns out and sync the carbs with a manometer, your carbs sound like they are way out of sync.

Video diagnosis is not easy.

Ryan, your engine sounds fine, it just needs tuned.

fiomaraviha, you have issues.

Something is out of time. Ignition timing, at least.

You might have severely misadjusted the valves.

You might have the cam timing off by a tooth.

You might have a worn or misadjusted cam chain.
