Its at the top of the price at 5K US really. The leather will draw only a few hipster types

In comparison to the US market it is indeed steep but if you see how much they charge for all the parts and customizations in the EU its quite normal. During the build more than what is wanted was spent especially for the renewal of the electrics and engine.

Way too high a price. 25 year old bike still. Amateur build, no guarentees. Here in Canada the m,arket might bring $3000, about 2200 british pounds.

What does a clean stock one SELL for (not asking price) in your market?
I would assume this one is about 20% LESS then that.
Classic hipster bait "build".
Did a full restoration to the engine and got it running on its full potential, the Dyno test showed the same numbers that the bike had when it came out of the factory.
You don't get points for a motor actually running. That is something that you should do to have anything to sell. So basically to the hipsters you told them the bike isn't a project. To those in the know you said you did zero to improve the function of the engine. Some "racer"
A lot of the parts are bespoke and made from new designs. I aspired to remove all plastic and to have the bike as analog and rugged as possible, whilst capturing that 60-70s racing essence.
This means what? You aspired to remove stuff? Analog? Sounds like you read to much PipeBurn and other junk like it.
After the build was completed I used it as my daily rider and did not have any problems.
Care to actually give any details? Many offer bikes as just "freshly build" and that is a huge red flag to those in the know. How long did you use it? Miles?
Great fuel economy due to the small engine, perfect for urban riding/commuting.
Has MOT till 2017.
Going to quote something from the original brochure too? Nice that the bike has an MOT, but again you don't get points for things a non project needs.
Brand new Heidenau tires.
Finally a detail! Good tires.
Engine rebuild, cables electrical system/ignition restored, Changed Oil, break fluid, sparkplugs, gearbox oil, fork oil and seals at the end of September and stored it for shipping.
Rebuilt in what way? New bearings, pistons, valves ect? OR just gaskets? Who did that work? What are their qualifications to do said work?
Contact me with sensible offers.

Not a good selling point that it can't be seen or inspected or further pictures taken.

Its understandable that its a drawback to have it directly shipped without first inspecting it yes. One think I have proposed my friend is to include like a limited warranty since the bike is indeed running fine.
