So, one of my students pointed me in the direction of this lovely site today: http://www.chinonthetank.com/

Philly vintage dudes awesomeness want to go to there...

Anyone on here a part of this??

Weekly thursday rides when the weather is good, I'll be on the hunt for communicating...

You should have seen the table before the bartender started cleaning up after our drunken asses... So much beer. Teriffic.

and a collection of whiskey glasses in front of me ;)

I believe go is coming over to help me with some wiring problems on my 360.
Bob will be working away furiously on his 350 and plans to get it on the road this weekend.
You are welcome to join, I am sure there will be drinkie winkies at some point. whoop!

I am up and running(-ish) as well - still need to put the new clutch in, but I'm waiting on the clutch spring compressor...

Apparently im having a delivery of a 78 honda something to my garage tonight. Tod....It's Brandons...apparently he decided to get one instead of putting the puzzle of a 125 back together for now. He has apparently been lurking on here but hasn't posted yet.

Scratch that its a 72 450 DOHC twin.

Just got back from a 100 mile ride this morning out to Chester County. Bike ran good and is now closer to being fully broken in. Last night I overheating the right side cylinder and had to let it cool off. This was on West River drive. The bike seems much happier out in the country with lots of cool air to keep it in check. I changed the break in oil and no chunks came out. I am pretty happy with the outcome.

I just got mine timed. First time EVER that I started a Norton on the first kick (gotta love the Boyer Mk IV) - it was magical. Went to ride it home from the guy who was helping me with the timing, and the clutch was stuck, and for the life of me couldn't get it unf**ked. I have a new Barnett waiting to go in, but it's gonna be another week 'til I can get to it...

Still THRILLED to have a one-kick bike. Then maybe I can get to some break-in mileage.
