Pulling my head off - Where to put rearset?

On my Cafe CB500T - I 've decided to run short Dunstalls - But where do I put my rearset then? The mufflers ends close to the ideal position for the rearset leaving no space for lever movement.

If I lower the mufflers to create more space it looks gooffy.

Anyone solved similar probs?

i talked to someone that ran into a similar exhaust problem and they had to cut it and extend it enough to clear the rear sets

I'd worry about function before looks.
Cafe racers are built for more speed than shiney paint like the chopper crowd.
Build the rear sets at where they are the most comfortable.
Then the exhaust,your not super tuning for the last 1% in power the engine could produce.
