I have been searching for this part and can not find anywhere that sells them

Negative. Look at the dohc 750 builds here, though - a few guys have swapped swingarms and may have those around. The DOHC forums are a safe bet too.
 
Odd, your link took me to a 2:18 video on how to use BikeBandit, not a fisch. :o The thing I hate about Bike Bandit is they use the factory microfisch but substitute their own part number... worthless any where else. I use http://www.hondapartsnation.com/ or http://www.servicehondapsn.com/fiche_select.asp they both have a reverse look up and Honda Parts Nation even has a "Where Used" feature to tell you what other bikes used the same part.
With you saying "#7 - Stopper" and Rich referance to swinger, I am thinking you are looking for the chain adjuster stopper part # 52136-405-000 and it was superseeded to part # 52136-ME1-670 if so, there is 3 sets on e-bay right now for $20 or less. I searched "81 CB750C chain adjuster"

Now by using that "reverse part # look-up" and "where else used", I found you can widen your search a little. ;)
