there are places that can bend and ship to you for less than 50! any more than that is robbery.
the place i used was in wi , do a google search for tube bending.
i had a 2.5" x .180" wall bent (4 foot long) shipped to my door for 50 dollars (for my planishing hammer)

I had some new ones bent up for do the ton, so they were a bit more this time. So it's still $40 shipped anywhere in the US.
