Best bet is always the manual, but it's a pretty simple affair. Have you tried using the Search function yet? It may give you something.

manual makes it super easy. hard part is getting the stuck seal out. heres how.

Yes, I had trouble with removing my seals. I bought a $9 seal removal tool from Advance Auto Parts..you can find them anywhere...and I got the job done in 2 minutes. You can use it on many types of seals as well..not just the forks.
