quadracer351 said:So I got it all figured out! Firstly I got in touch with the original owner and he seems to have no problem doing the needed paper work.....but that is what I've come to clarify. It's surprisingly easy to register a bike without a title or even a transferable registration. If you have the transferable registration well that's all your going to need along with a bill of sale. If you don't have the trans reg you going to need three additional forms.
Mv-51 mv-52b mv-82ton. Along with those three forms you need proof of vin. This can either be a pencil trace of the vin, a hard photo of the vin or take it to your local police station and they will fill out a form verifying it. Hope this helps anyone that might have the same problem I did!
