removing baffles

how do you remove the baffles on a 82 nitehawk 650 4 into 4 exhaust? and if you do what mods/adjustment need to be made?

Mods/adjustments would be to put them back in after you pull them out. The bike needs back pressure, unless you want to be replacing exhaust valves, and spending a shit ton of money on head work.
