Yup but it is one of a kind and Roland Sands stuff is freaking awesome.

It may be street legal. The only thing I noticed that I think it needs as a mirror. The exhaust most likely doesn't have the proper "smog" control devices for emissions laws either. California is pretty strict on the regulations though and would have to pass a huge list of other things before you can ride it on the streets... Appears to have the other major things like lights, signals, etc...
