Rust Revival Spring Thaw 2015 - Official Thread

Since the bike I'm bringing will only go about 70, I hope we don't get lost with a GPS and end up on the interstate or some weird golf cart track.

That or ole Tigger if it is running strong! These days we need a big trailer so we can ride 'em all... ;D

That golf cart track was perfect for my supermoto haha. That GPS really wanted us to turn around haha. Kind of the risk you take when you're in an area with no cell service, no paper maps and a furniture shop with the dumdum twins baking meth telling you not to leave your broke down bike at the trailer next store haha.

Bikes have all been serviced. Basically rebuilt this one. Considering just riding up again...but then I may trailer more than one!

Does this mean you will be in attendance again this year?

I just put new shoes on Nixon to better handle those long dirt roads.

Glad to hear both of you are coming!
To bad we got to put up w that deviant character though. Otherwise this year coulda been epic.

Can't wait to see all you fools again.

Fix, what route are you taking south? Us Indy-folk will be riding down on Friday.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Theresa probably won't be ready for a long bike ride by then, so we'll be driving/trailering. Bringing the XL250 if it's ready.

We need more beam climbers this year, so start getting in shape everyone. ;D

Depending on vacation time, I may get to this. I have 2.5 days left. The 18th is a holiday so depending on if I can do the ride, I may get there. I'll tent or whatever. The only thing I need is new shoes for the GL to be good to go bike wise.

I'll make the climb, but y'all will have to be prepared to pick up my unconscious 200lb frame when I fall on my head.

Awesome!! I'll be...no, wait, I won't. I'll be sucking dust over here while you're wooping it up over there.

On the plus side, I'm sort of hoping to get a gig in Arkansas next, so I'll maybe be in the neighborhood starting summer 2016.

Mothgils, I'll be slabbing down I-75 til I hit Lexington. Probably roll out on Thursday the 14th.
