Shock risers/extenders

Just wondering if anyone has used these or thoughts? Wanted to raise my back end up an inch without shelling out more money on shocks. I order these aluminum pieces off eBay.

They can be used, but I think they are marginal at best. They tend to put loads on clevises that the clevis shouldn't experience.

Good to know, guess I'll just use them as a temporary solution
