Short brake cables?

Hey guys, I need a hand with something... :
I'm looking for a brake cable around 30-32" long. I've got a mechanical front disk, but the cables are likely swappable between drum/disk so it probably doesn't matter.

Yamaha TTR50 apparently has a usable 32" brake cable, but I'm having trouble sourcing one (supplier here said 24 hour turnaround, now it's 3 weeks)

Has anyone come across some suitably short cables, off another bike?

make them. a motorcycle shop should be able to make them if you cant.

the ends are lead solder. google search it; i know theres articles on how to do it.

i DIY'd the clutch cable and it promptly failed. I used a lead sinker, adapted it to a setscrew job and filled the lot with solder after wrapping the frays into the body of it. i don't trust myself with cables

went to a nearby moto shop, the only thing they could offer was getting custom braided cable made up at a cost of $120.
that's speedo money!
