Should I replace this cam?

First time building an engine and I pulled out the cam and its a little pitted. All the used ones I'm finding aren't too much better and the megacycle cams are pretty expensive. Should put the somewhat pitted cam back in or suck it up and buy the megacycle cam with new valve and springs? I'm trying to attach the photos, hopefully it works.

YES :'( time for a new fresher cam and followers
also you need to verify that the end cap bushings are still in tolerance and set the camshaft endplay before final assembly

I think Megacycle will regrind stock cams with a different profile (depending on your application) for a decent price. Maybe that route would be a happy medium for you.
