Bought this a year ago and have used it 2 or 3 times. It works fine but I have the chance to grab a different sync tool here locally, so I won't be using this any more. It comes with everything needed to sync 2 - 3 or 4 cylinders on most bikes.

Looking for $45 shipped. I paid around $80 for it new last year.

Where are you located? Shipped to Canada?

I'm in Idaho. I can look into shipping if you send me your postal code (or whatever you use up there).

The item is sale pending at the moment with a local guy. If he buys it I will inform you and remove this post, but I am more than happy to look into shipping costs.

Re: MotionPro SyncPro - Carb sync tool

Next in line if Tim and the local guy don't come through =)

Re: MotionPro SyncPro - Carb sync tool

Glad to see all the interest guys. If the local guy hasn't committed by Monday I will get a shipping to Canada estimate, and then just go down the list.

Re: MotionPro SyncPro - Carb sync tool

Skip Canada - no biggie (I don't have any 4 cylinder bikes and have a 2 cylinder tool already) and it would kill the deal for me.

You're first in line now if the local sale falls through. Where are you located?

Re: MotionPro SyncPro - Carb sync tool

Looks like the local guy is going to grab it this week. If it falls through I'll respond here again.

Hurco, Tim, Ivan -- waited to respond on this, didn't want to salt anyone's game, but those Motion Pro carb tools are garbage. Get something with mercury, if you can, or gauges.

If you fill em with glycol they work --- OK but if you slam the door on the throttle you can suck that shit back in the carbs so go vac if you have a choice. You can also budget and get just a two gauge set, takes a few minutes longer but hey it can be done as you have only one baseline. You can also go to a supply house that has gauges and buy a nice oil filled vac set for maybe 1o-15 ea. and a chunk of aluminum plate from the hardware a hole saw, some tube and build a really nice set. MoPro sells the adapter and tubes separate.

I've used both and +1 on mercury. I had them both, and for obvious reasons, was selling the SyncPro and not my mercury one. Wouldn't try to rip someone off, the SyncPro does work, but it definitely is a little temperamental. Mercury tools can be hard to find, so I was just trying to get this in someones hands who could use it for a much more reasonable price. $80+ new for these is way too much.

I've never used gauges though but would be interested in trying.

Only advantage vac has over murc is no chance it gets siphoned, if you ever notice the mercury get low its in the motor or went through it haha.
