Anyone got a good contact for non standard sized sprockets? I'm looking at altering the gearing on one of my 500s.

I've had good luck with JT sprockets. You can call them with a few measurements and they will give you their part numbers for sprockets that will fit your application.

http://www.jtsprockets.com/catalogue DR200 rears fit if you want to convert to 520 chain. Super handy info with drawings, dimensions, conversions, etc.
