SR250 stalls when coming to stop

Reading a plug is usually useless unless it has been properly "chopped". Just running the bike normally and then looking at the plug doesn't usually tell you a lot.

Yeah! I warmed it up, ran it trough all gears and held full throttle open for few seconds in 5th, then cut it, puled clutch and stopped. This is where I got it from http://www.iwt.com.au/mikunicarb.htm

Did you rejet yet.
I was not kidding when I said you would trash your engine if you didn't rejet.

This is true and don't learn it the hard way like some of us. It is a lot Less expensive to put a new jet or 2 in then rebuild an engine after it either heat seizes, or worse holes the piston and pieces of molten aluminum end up all through it. Again, you don't want to know how I learned that lesson.
 
I never learned it the hard way. I learned it the easy way, by seeing other people melt their engines. ;)

No I didn't :-\ , jets are shipped on friday and till those arrive it looks like bike is gonna be parked :( and as I speak it started to rain again...shoot.
 
So here it goes. Successfully rejeted. Plug looks ok. Throttle response is fine across all ranges. So that's it.
But that's not all. You get set of stainless steel kitchen knifes with that.
Issue with stalling is still here. When I'm riding and pull clutch in and release throttle engines rpm.s start to fall and keep falling under 1k and eventually engine dies.
I have upped idle throttle to 1500 thinking it would help but no avail. Also clutch cable has been adjusted.
Any ideas why it dies? There seems to be no air leak on intake side.
