Steel City Rockers Vs. Mods

i was there; got to meet mike, and check out Bigrich's bike (very nice!)
didn't take any pictures, but my friend did. he was there on his 72 500 Four. i'll see if i can get him to join on here and post his pictures.

I remember tthat bike! Had the bare metal seat pan.

Sorry i missed ya Greg, had a previous engagement.

Just wanted to quickly reintroduce myself. I'm Mike from the eastern side of the city in Penn Hills and went to the event with a friend of mine. He was on the blue '65 BSA single and my Speed Triple was parked next to his. I was trying to find some guys from "do the ton" but came up empty. I did see the 500 with the bare metal seat pan. He welded that himself. Nice work. Unfortunately I couldn't stay too long. As we were leaving a few guys came and parked behind us. One was on another speed triple and I believe some other Hondas. I hope to meet up with some of you all in the future. My '76 550 is not finished but hopefully done before winter. Ride well.

Hey shacolaid. Were you on the yellow triple? Some of us get together every week to talk shop and whatnot. Come out and meet us, its always a good time.

Beatnic, No, I was on the blue speed triple. Maybe I left before you got there. Where do you guys get together? I'll try and stop by sometime, thanks.

Mike, we usually meet in ellwood at rich's house, or at a local watering hole for wings. Its always a good time, stop by, keep an eye on the pgh drinkem thread. That's where we discuss the particulars.
