Suzuki X-6 Hustler Tank

Pics of the filler and petcock spaces? I had to Google the X6, such a beauty machine! But I have no idea what the top or bottom of the tank look like. That will help to narrow your choices.

Project is an 1986 S40. I am doing a RYCAesqe conversion.

That petcock looks similar to that used on my friend's CL350 that's in my shop ATM. local Honda (or even Suzuki for that OEM-like fit) dealer may have what you need. Otherwise, you could look into valves from Pingle. I can't think of any other fuel valve makers off the top of my head, that's all I've ever heard of people using outside of OEM.

As for your filler, I have no idea...maybe ebay? Various vintage Harley aftermarket companies?

Why not use stock Suzuki bits? Also, start a build thread here. You'll recieve way more help that way.

Take the tank to a full line NAPA, they'll have a cap that fits, most likely Dodge or John Deere sourced.

Petcock is most likely the same threads as an ATC 110 or 250 Rebel. Pretty standard metric petcock bung.

I see you found us okay...
