Swap 4 into 1 headers CB 750 K2

Does anyone knows if 4 into 1 headers of some bikes can be swapped? I own a CB 750 K2 and would like to know if I can fit in another 4 cylinders bike header, thank you

Because they aren't SOHC CB750s... :o

You could "make something work" with some heavy modification of course, but why would you? There are a few 4-1 systems on the market for the bike already.

The engines are not all the same dimension (IE: cylinder height, exhaust port diameter / spacing, stud mounts, etc) plus things like clearance for centre stands and oil plugs are all different across brands. So, it's far easier to get one that's been designed to fit your model.
 
I believe he posted a picture of the set up he is thinking about in the Cafe Help section.....im not sure it will fit looks bent?....
