Throttle Tube stuck on clip ons?

So me being an idiot and forgetting that the throttle needs to move I hit the tube on the my bars and it's stuck. Why it's stuck idk. Maybe the powder coating is to thick. Any way any ideas to get it off?

50/50 mix of ATF and acetone.

If that doesn't work, heat it up.

Motorcycle cruise control!

Heat, maybe slip some lube or penetration mix down the inside edge. When you get it off sand off the powder coat under where the throttle sits.

Once off, remove the PC completely. You'll notice that on higher end handlebars the paint/PC stops at the throttle. Take it to bare metal and coat with some light grease.
