Two honda cb360's, Rhode Island

Two more of my bikes that I haven't touched in a year, so let's make some space. One is completely apart, the other is mostly together but needs work. Looking to pull $400 for the pair. I will part with the frame, wheels etc if need be from the one in pieces.

Any idea what type or how much work the more together bike needs?

Needs some electrical, needs mufflers, tires etc.. Carbs look good, etc. never started it, just took it home and there she sat

To be honest I'm not sure, I think they're both 74's, might be a 74 and a 75 though. I can go check today
